"Cancellation was handled fast"
I ended up needing to cancel, and I was mostly just focused on getting that sorted without any back-and-forth. Support took care of it quickly, so I don’t have much else to complain about.

A couple things were missing from my order, which was annoying at first. I reached out to support and they did refund me, so I can’t really complain about that part. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I had to explain the issue twice, which was kind of... yeah. Not the worst experience, just wish it was smoother when something goes wrong.

Foodora is actually okay overall, but the communication can be hit or miss. Sometimes I get clear updates about my order, and other times it just says it’s preparing forever, then suddenly it’s on the way. I had to contact support once too, and the reply was kind of vague. The food arrived fine, so no real issue there, but I actually wish the app and notifications were a bit more clear.

I was kind of expecting it to take longer, but the order got here quicker than I thought. The food was still hot too, not that lukewarm delivery kind of thing you sometimes get. Sure I’d order again based on this experience.

I actually appreciate that foodora shows the delivery fee and extra costs before I pay. Wild concept, I know, but it’s nice not getting hit with some random surprise charge at the very end. The prices are pretty much what I expect, and overall it feels fair. It’s easy to check the total and decide quickly, which is basically all I’m asking for when ordering food

I was looking forward to getting everything, but when the order arrived I noticed a few items were missing, which was kind of frustrating because I had to double-check the list and make sure I wasn’t just overlooking them. Overall it wasn’t a huge disaster, but yeah, it definitely threw things off a bit.

My order wasn’t updating in the app, which was a bit annoying. I messaged support thinking I’d probably be waiting ages, but someone actually replied fast. They asked for my order number and fixed it without making it complicated. I got my refund/credit not long after. Not saying everything is always perfect, but this was handled well, so 5 stars for the support this time.

"Promo codes that don’t feel like a trick"
I’ve ordered through Foodora a few times now, the promo codes have been a pleasant surprise. They actually work when I enter them, without that annoying last-minute checkout drama where the app suddenly says the code isn’t valid.

My last order took a decent amount off right away, which made the whole thing feel simple and fair. It’s not some huge life-changing thing, but compared to other apps, it definitely leaves a better impression and makes me more likely to use Foodora again

Pretty Good app overall. most of the time when I check, there are plenty of places available, so I can usually find something without much hassle. Makes ordering dinner way easier when I don’t feel like cooking

I use Foodora often. Like, a few times a week sometimes. The app is simple, which I appreciate. No digging around. No weird menus. Just find a place, order food, track it. Done. I never really have to think about how to use it, that’s kind of the best part.

I use foodora a few times a month and, actually, the delivery fee usually feels reasonable to me. It can jump a bit when it’s busy, which is kind of annoying, but most days it’s not too bad. I do like that you can see the fee before you place the order, so there aren’t any surprises. Overall, I’m happy with it, I just wish the small order fees were a little lower.
